FRIDAY'S TIP: "make ahead smoothies"

You don't have enough time to prepare your breakfast in the morning? Then this is a perfect tip for you! Healthy green smoothies for a busy person. ;)

How to do it?

STEP 1 : HAVE YOUR INGREDIENTS AND SUPPLIES READY 

(make sure fresh veggies and fruits are washed, spun or patted dry) 

STEP 2: SLICE OR CUT FRUIT INTO CHUNKS

STEP 3: MEASURE OUT THE INGREDIENTS AND PACK INTO BAGS 

(try to remove as much air as is possible from bags before placing in freezer) 

STEP 4: VOILÀ - YOUR SMOOTHIE IS READY!
