Hey, green smoothie lovers! I've prepared another very simple and tasty smoothie recipe for you! For all of those who are not really a smoothie type, maybe first try to read my previous article "magical green potion", where I'm writing about why to drink smoothies & about top benefits of green smoothies. I believe that after finding your own way of mixing different ingredients you will start to love them as much as I do! The best thing about it is that you bring into your body various important ingredients and nutrients, and you don't really taste them in smoothies. I believe life is much like smoothies, you get out what you put in!

2 cups spinach

2 cups coconut milk

1 banana

2 cups sliced peaches

1 handful of nuts

The Add-ons

1 tablespoon flax seeds

1 tablespoon hemp seeds

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon flaxseed oil

Show time

Add the ingredients into your high speed blender and blend until the desired consistency is reached. And voilà, your green smoothie is ready! Enjoy it, your body will appreciate it!
