Hey loves! Let's start the day with this delicious tropical smoothie based on mango. I have been a big fan of mango since I can remember, I could eat it every day. It's not just tasty but mango fruit is also rich in pre-biotic dietary fiber, vitamins, minerals and it's a great antioxidant for your body. Also today's smoothie is special because usually I use spinach, but this one is without it. Just pure mango & coconut taste! Mmmmm it's so delicious that the smoothies I made for my friends were gone in a second! You should really try it out! ;)
MANGO COCONUT SMOOTHIE
2 cups coconut milk
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Add the ingredients into your high speed blender and blend until the desired consistency is reached. And voilà, your smoothie is ready! Enjoy it, your body will appreciate it!
