LET'S DETOX!

Heey guys! Considering this is last weekend before Christmas I prepared a detox smoothie to clean up my body a little bit, before I will start overreacting with all delicious food that comes in next days.. ;)

With smoothies it's so easy to provide your body with various important ingredients and nutrients, and what's great about them is that you don't really taste all what you put in because you balance the veggies with fruit. So for today I've prepared a smoothie that is perfect for detoxing your body. The main ingredient is avocado, which may be a bit fatty but it doesn't mean the fat is bad for your health. In fact this fruit is a nutritional powerhouse that provides numerous potential health benefits. Monounsaturated fat is considered to be a "good fat" which reduces levels of bad cholesterol in your blood and lowers the risk of stroke and heart disease.  

So avocado is good for you and with using other ingredients in smoothies you can't really feel the taste of it! Besides avocado this time I mixed in 2 cups of pineapple. Let's try it! ;)

 AVOCADO DETOX SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 2 cups spinach
  •  2 cups pineapple
  •  2 cups coconut milk
  • The Add-ons

1 tablespoon camu camu powder

Show time

Add the ingredients into your high speed blender and blend until the desired consistency is reached. And voilà, your smoothie is ready! Enjoy it, your body will appreciate it!
