AVOCADO BERRY SMOOTHIE

Good mornin' loves! I got a new package full of Sensilab HEALTHIE superfood goodies, so I'm starting my day with a delicious smoothie based on avocado and berries. Avocado is an excellent source of antioxidants that may help slow aging and prevent certain cancers and heart disease. They are high in folate which also helps protect your heart and may guard against stroke. Avocados provide a uniquely silky texture to smoothies without an overbearing taste, so I added a banana, a few strawberries, INCAN & GOJI berries for a delicious and healthy mixture.

AVOCADO BERRY SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

1 avocado

1 banana

a few strawberries

1 cup orange juice

The Add-ons

1 tablespoon INCAN & GOJI berries

Show time

Add the ingredients into your high speed blender and blend until the desired consistency is reached. And voilà, your smoothie is ready! Enjoy it, your body will appreciate it!
