FRIDAY MORNING BOOST

Hey loves! It's Fridaaay, sun is shining and I prepared for you another delicious green / chocolate smoothie! I know it sounds weird, but trust me on this one! If you like cocoa and almonds this is win-win combo! ;) My favorite cocoa nibs are "Healthie ones" from www.sensilab.si and everything else needed for this delicious smoothie you can get in regular supermakert. Soo let's do it! ;)

Ingredients

1 cup of spinach

2 cups almond milk

1 frozen banana 

1 cup of frozen raspberries

1 tablespoon of almond butter

1 tablespoon of cocoa nibs 

 

Show time

Add the ingredients into your high speed blender and blend until the desired consistency is reached.

And voilà, smoothie is ready!

LET'S DETOX!

Heey guys! Considering this is last weekend before Christmas I prepared a detox smoothie to clean up my body a little bit, before I will start overreacting with all delicious food that comes in next days.. ;)

With smoothies it's so easy to provide your body with various important ingredients and nutrients, and what's great about them is that you don't really taste all what you put in because you balance the veggies with fruit. So for today I've prepared a smoothie that is perfect for detoxing your body. The main ingredient is avocado, which may be a bit fatty but it doesn't mean the fat is bad for your health. In fact this fruit is a nutritional powerhouse that provides numerous potential health benefits. Monounsaturated fat is considered to be a "good fat" which reduces levels of bad cholesterol in your blood and lowers the risk of stroke and heart disease.  

So avocado is good for you and with using other ingredients in smoothies you can't really feel the taste of it! Besides avocado this time I mixed in 2 cups of pineapple. Let's try it! ;)

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 2 cups spinach
  •  2 cups pineapple
  •  2 cups coconut milk
  • The Add-ons

1 tablespoon camu camu powder

Show time

Add the ingredients into your high speed blender and blend until the desired consistency is reached. And voilà, your smoothie is ready! Enjoy it, your body will appreciate it!

What’s cooler than being cool? ;) 

Summer is officially here and I mixed up new delicious smoothie to "cool you down" and to enjoy healthy ingredients in one! Sometimes there are many healthy ingredients with special tastes we don't really like to eat, so smoothies are great way to eat different ingredients without even realizing it. This time I used SchneeKoppe flax seeds (also called linseeds) which are a rich source of micronutrients, dietary fiber, manganese, vitamin B1 and omega-3. So when in combo with a frozen banana, some coconut milk and iced coffee you can not even feel it, but you give to your body all the healthy benefits from it! 

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 frozen banana 
- 1/2 cup of instant coffee 
- few iced cubes
- 2 tablespoons flaxseeds 
- 1/2 cup of coconut milk 

Add the ingredients into your high speed blender and blend until the desired consistency is reached. And voilà, your refreshing coconut cooffee smoothie is ready! Enjoy it!

MANGO COCONUT SMOOTHIE

Hey loves! Let's start the day with this delicious tropical smoothie based on mango. I have been a big fan of mango since I can remember, I could eat it every day. It's not just tasty but mango fruit is also rich in pre-biotic dietary fiber, vitamins, minerals and it's a great antioxidant for your body. Also today's smoothie is special because usually I use spinach, but this one is without it. Just pure mango & coconut taste! 2 mangos

2 cups coconut milk

1 banana

1 cup Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon chia seeds

MONDAY BOOST

Hey loves, I hope you had a great weekend! I started my week with a cup of healthy and delicious smoothie in one! Monday boost is all what my body needs to get the energy and healthy ingredients to start my day in a good mood! SchneeKoppe Beetroot juice has many of health benefits and if you don't like the taste of beetroot, smoothies are the best way to mix different ingredients together and make a good taste out of it. 

INGREDIENTS:

- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup Beetroot juice
- few ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
- 1/2 cup of blueberries

TODAY'S BREAKFAST

Good morning folks! Did you start your day with breakfast?

As you probably know, breakfast is considered the most important meal of the day, and for good reason; eating breakfast is a great way to get your metabolism working well for the day. When your body receives food in the morning, it tells your brain that you're going to need to start working to digest it. This wakes up the system and warms up the metabolism so it's ready to work throughout the day. When you don't eat breakfast in the morning, your body thinks that it needs to conserve the energy it has, because it isn't getting any more through nutrition. This actually slows your metabolism down, which results in a decrease in the amount of calories you burn all day long.

On my morning menu are smoothies most of the time, but I like to break the routine every few days with muesli. I'm not such a fan of fruit muesli so my today's pick is SchneeKoppe Chocolate-Cocoa Muesli with 30 % less sugar. I prefer to eat muesli with yoghurt, usually with greek one and on top of it I always add some fresh fruit. My favorite combo with Chocolate-Cocoa Muesli is banana. A simple, healthy and delicious way to start your day! Bon apetit and don't forget that breakfast in the morning will invigorate your body and give you the energy needed to get through the day!
