What’s cooler than being cool? ;)
Summer is officially here and I mixed up new delicious smoothie to "cool you down" and to enjoy healthy ingredients in one! Sometimes there are many healthy ingredients with special tastes we don't really like to eat, so smoothies are great way to eat different ingredients without even realizing it. This time I used SchneeKoppe flax seeds (also called linseeds) which are a rich source of micronutrients, dietary fiber, manganese, vitamin B1 and omega-3. So when in combo with a frozen banana, some coconut milk and iced coffee you can not even feel it, but you give to your body all the healthy benefits from it!
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup of instant coffee
- few iced cubes
- 2 tablespoons flaxseeds
- 1/2 cup of coconut milk
Add the ingredients into your high speed blender and blend until the desired consistency is reached. And voilà, your refreshing coconut cooffee smoothie is ready! Enjoy it!

Monday boost is all what my body needs to get the energy and healthy ingredients to start my day in a good mood! We all know health is man's greatest treasure, but sometimes we forget a bit about it. It's very importnat to learn to prevent sickness and try to do something good for your body every day. I know most of us live a fast way of life and I admint, it's not easy to start and it takes time to get used to a healthier lifestyle, but once you get into it, you can not imagine a different way!
Well, to be honest I'm not such a "healthy freak", but I like to take care of myself. I like to be active and do sports, besides that I try to balance good healthy food with all other delicious "unhealthy" goodies. ;)

Good morning folks! Did you start your day with breakfast?
As you probably know, breakfast is considered the most important meal of the day, and for good reason; eating breakfast is a great way to get your metabolism working well for the day. When your body receives food in the morning, it tells your brain that you're going to need to start working to digest it. This wakes up the system and warms up the metabolism so it's ready to work throughout the day. When you don't eat breakfast in the morning, your body thinks that it needs to conserve the energy it has, because it isn't getting any more through nutrition. This actually slows your metabolism down, which results in a decrease in the amount of calories you burn all day long.
On my morning menu are smoothies most of the time, but I like to break the routine every few days with muesli. I'm not such a fan of fruit muesli so my today's pick is SchneeKoppe Chocolate-Cocoa Muesli with 30 % less sugar. I prefer to eat muesli with yoghurt, usually with greek one and on top of it I always add some fresh fruit. My favorite combo with Chocolate-Cocoa Muesli is banana.
